According to an August report by IDC, the worldwide telecommunications market is expected to experience continued growth ' from $1.32 trillion this year to $1.46 trillion in 2011. At the same time, however, the annual rate of growth is expected to slow from almost 5 percent this year to less than 2 percent in 2011.
