Terrorism no match for Mother Nature

The Numerator

The threat of natural disaster is a far greater concern to public officials than terrorism, according to a national survey of 200 public safety officials and first responders conducted by Motorola and the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials International. Sixty-five percent of those surveyed said natural disaster was their top concern, and only 7 percent cited a terrorist attack.
