CA records software DOD-certified

CA this week announced the availability of CA Records Manager r12 software designed to help organizations automate record keeping. The software is certified by the Defense Department for the updated version 3 of DOD's 5015.2 electronic records management standard. This version features new modules for records retention and disposition and a Web client.
Records Manager r12 also offers user-defined records declaration options; review capabilities for vital records; custom security filtering; scripted e-mail notification capabilities, XML-based record transfer capability; and integration to other document software, including SharePoint 2007, Documentum WebTop 5.2, OpenText eDocs DM 5.2, Outlook, Lotus Notes and Groupwise.More information
