The report, which cites a number of "significant objectives" the project hasn't met, has drawn mixed reaction from state officials. InformationWeek quotes the state's director of the Department of Administrative Services as saying he "partially agrees with the findings," while the technology administrator in the Office of the Secretary of State says the auditor's findings don't take the current status of the program into account.
