Navy Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (COOL) added three new "reverse search" capabilities to its Web site, which will let users look up a civilian career area or certification program and find its Navy equivalent, according to a post on the Navy's Web site.

Active-duty, Reserve and civilian users requested the new search function, according to the story on the Navy site. The reverse searches will allow Navy applicants to see whether Navy COOL offers a specific certification or license.
