Unisys achieves ISO 20K certification for its desktop management services line and programs

Unisys announced that its federal systems business has achieved ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 (ISO 20K) certification for its desktop-management services line and programs.

The certification was presented by the International Organization for Standardization, the world's largest developer of international standardardization. “This certification is an important differentiator within the marketplace, providing our clients with the assurance that Unisys can consistently and efficiently deliver high-quality IT services using world-class, industry best practices," said Ted Davies, president of Unisys Federal Systems.

Unisys Federal Systems also has received ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, the company said.
