Agencies in the market for high-speed document scanners may want to consider Panasonic’s KV-S2087 A4-size document scanner. The compact model’s high-speed duplex scanning can process 170 images or 85 pages per minute, saving time and increasing document management efficiency.
For agencies handling high volumes of documents, the scanner has a large capacity automatic paper feeder capable of holding 200 pages per run and is capable of scanning a wide range of documents from thin paper to passports and embossed cards, according to the company.
The Panasonic scanner works with EMC software applications and also features a digital imprinter that enables text to be added to a scanned image rather than the original document, auto preview, auto “rescan” and auto detection for faster fixes during scanning.
Panasonic’s KV-S2087 departmental scanner starts at $2,495.
