Primavera pounces on ProSight

Primavera Systems Inc., of Philadelphia, has purchased portfolio analysis software vendor ProSight Inc., of Portland, Ore., in order to augment its own line of portfolio management software. Available through the General Services Administration's SmartBuy agreement, ProSight's software packages are used for enterprise architecture planning, Exhibit 300 preparation, and to financially manage IT projects.

Primavera also acquired U.K. risk analysis software vendor Pertmaster Ltd.
