Sam Hunter

Dr. Sam Hunter is a professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Nebraska Omaha and serves on the leadership team for the National Counterterrorism Innovation, Technology, and Education (NCITE) Center. Prior to joining NCITE in the summer of 2021, he spent 14 years at Penn State University where he earned tenure and was promoted to full professor, also serving as director of the PhD program for his last eight years in State College. During his time at Penn State, Sam was a fellow in the International Center for the Study of Terrorism (ICST) and is currently a fellow at the International Society for the Study of Creativity and Innovation (ISSCI).
