Today, right now, we face a pandemic, the severity of which hasn’t been seen in over a hundred years. Daily disruptions are widespread, affecting our residents and stakeholders.
But one thing hasn’t been disrupted: the channels over which we communicate. We can still reach out to our entire universe — staff, residents, employees and stakeholders — and maintain relevant communication with them while we await the return to normal.
You may have been fully prepared for the pandemic, or (as is the case with many organizations worldwide), you may have been caught — to one degree or another — flatfooted. Either way, now that the pandemic is upon us, workers have been sent home and our residents need accurate information, we want to share some best practices for establishing and maintaining quality communications with them all.
